Prudential Life

Prudential Life was looking to improve the usability and usefulness of their online portal application.

The business wanted to streamline their internal processes by improving the efficiency of Customer Service Representative applications and also make it easier for customers to find critical information, get help and modify their policies online. Furthermore, the business wanted to extend their web services to the mobile space.

As the Interaction Designer and Visual Designer on the project, I strove to extend Prudential’s brand to the digital space by building upon their strong brand identity while spinning a more modern, yet friendly look and feel. The project including producing an interactive prototype with six scenarios for six different personas. Selected screens from the experience prototype are shown below.
