Chase, is the consumer and commercial banking subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Chase.

In December 2010 IBM Interactive was invited to pitch concepts to the bank for improving their user experience design. These screens represent a reinvention and streamlined process for customer registration at a branch, involving Tablet, Smartphone and Kiosk integration.
