Buz Tablet App

Buz is a social media start-up based in Boston that aims to better connect business owners to online commerce. By providing businesses with an in-store tablet, the service Buz provides plans to increases sales, word of mouth advertising, foot traffic and customer loyalty. Since the company is relatively new, I have been brought on board as a User Experience consultant and Art Director in order to establish their visual design aesthetic.

Whereas prior engagements involved web and print work for a particular facet of their brand and service, the tablet app project involved designing the direct experience of their proposed service. Buz has developed their own tablet device which runs on the Android OS. Users are provided with an RFID-enabled card to interact with the device. I was brought on board to help them create an engaging user experience as well as visually design the tablet app.
